Our Visit to the Pet Care Services Association one day meeting in Austin
Tuesday September 15,2009 Susan, Sandy, Danielle, and Hanna attended the Pet Care Services Association one day educational meeting in Austin, Texas. Topics included Texas Dog Law, Maximizing Dog Training Opportunities, Keeping in Touch with Clients using Social Networks, Top Paw Customer Service, Dog Behavior Basics, Healthy Pets and Recognizing Signs for Treatment, and Being a Great Team Member. The meeting was attended by approximately 60 staff, management, and owners with two as far away as California. We are excited to be a part of the Pet Care Services Association (formerly American Boarding Kennel Association) and love the learning and visiting that is had by all at any function they host. We strive to keep our education current so that we can provide the most accurate information and care to our beloved clients.

Friday, November 16, 2007 Thanksgiving HolidayIt is Friday the 16th and Thanksgiving is just around the corner
... this is just a quick note to let everyone know that there is no vacancy for the Thanksgiving holiday ... we will have
availability beginning Monday the 26th ... also, if you have not done so, please book for Christmas immediately as we have
now opened up our holiday runs (which are $22,23,and 24/day) but only have a few of those still available ... Hope you all
