Our Visit to the Pet Care Services Association one day meeting in Austin
Tuesday September 15,2009 Susan, Sandy, Danielle, and Hanna attended the Pet Care Services Association one day educational meeting in Austin, Texas. Topics included Texas Dog Law, Maximizing Dog Training Opportunities, Keeping in Touch with Clients using Social Networks, Top Paw Customer Service, Dog Behavior Basics, Healthy Pets and Recognizing Signs for Treatment, and Being a Great Team Member. The meeting was attended by approximately 60 staff, management, and owners with two as far away as California. We are excited to be a part of the Pet Care Services Association (formerly American Boarding Kennel Association) and love the learning and visiting that is had by all at any function they host. We strive to keep our education current so that we can provide the most accurate information and care to our beloved clients.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009 What's new at Foxmoor!Hi my name is Sandy and I am one of the newest members of Foxmoor Pet Care Center. I am running the front desk so that
when people call in they don't always get the answering machine. We also have two new pet care techs, Danielle
and Hanna. Additionally, we are now offering "Canine Counseling". You can either call Foxmoor at 251-351-0825
or our trainer Danielle at 281-770-9356 for more information. It's getting close to Thanksgiving and Christmas
so reserve your suites early.

The park is open for romping, and sniffing, and all sorts of doggy fun. Don't forget to book a space during our
get-to-know-each-other doggy playtime each day. Also, there are a few spots still available for doggy
daycare so make your reservations now. For the most pampered pet, we have our new Presidential Suites. They come fully loaded with HDTV, (people) bed, private patio that opens into the dog park, and personal concierge service. These suites are very limited and book quickly. Reserve now for summer!! now opened up our holiday runs (which are $22,23,and 24/day) but only have a few of those still available ... Hope you all
